I created this remix based on the original file and an already existing remix of the gears and some individual parts by Ultra Chron. My thanks for the excellent preparatory work

I only changed the layer height to 0.2mm and the infill to Gyroid and used support structures, otherwise these are the standard settings for PLA Basic from Bambu Lab, used here in Bambu Green and Orange. However, stronger material can also be used for the gears and shafts

The fits for the bearing seats and gears have been adjusted, and the shaft for the rotor has been modified so that it can be printed lying flat on the build plate, gaining stability. The through-axle for the double gear was also modified due to assembly problems. To better screw the rotor housing to the gear housing, the lower diameter of the rotor housing was changed

In the comments of the original file, aluminum tape was mentioned for attaching the gear housing cover. The model now has two additional screws there. UltraChor has already eliminated the problems with the shafts by using square receptacles

Unfortunately, the screw connection for the crank did not hold very well, so it has been provided with a modifier and more infill here

And for those who are not entirely satisfied with the version for child safety, the smaller sister can be found here. With hexagonal honeycomb grilles around the rotor.
