Description

The Benchy is just as a exsample model, the benchy is made form Creative Tools.

My Plan was to Create a High Speed Printer Profile,

because the normal “sport and ludicrous" mode often dosn´t give me the desired Results.

The Profile is for both. The Standart Bambulab Nozzle and for the Aftermarket High Flow Hotends.

If you want to use the normal Nozzle, Please use the normal PLA setting from Bambulab (21mm3/s)

The flow test reach in my three tests, a little bit over 32mm3/s. To get a little bit of safety, i set it to “only 30mm3/s”

The Settings are made for Bambulab Pla Basic Yellow.

Other materials I will add in the future

The hotend I used:

V1.25 Bi-Metall-Heatbreak-Hotend-Kit für Bambu Lab x1 x1 Carbon-Düse aus gehärtetem Stahl für Bambus-Bauch tücher p1p p1s hotend - AliExpress

A High flow hotend form a other Factory:

E3D High Flow ObXidian™ HotEnd for Bambu Lab X1/P1 Series (e3d-online.com) (I didn't own so far, but if I can order a E3D High Flow I will test it in the Future.)

The profile can be used for all objects. but then I would change the infill to gyroid or grid.

For even better quality, I would reduce the layer height. 0.2mm or 0.15mm. This means that you are still clearly superior to the standard profile and save a lot of time

I would be very happy for a like, comment or a positive rating.

If you have any problems, please describe the problem.

Future plans:

I want to try a benchy with a Bambulab for under 10 min. But first I'll see how the profile is received by you.
