Description

Build it. Race it. Win it!

The Modular Dual Racers Track is a 3D-printed racing system that blends speed, creativity, and endless customization.

Two cars race side by side down smooth parallel tracks, launched by an articulated starting gate. At the bottom, an articulated finish line keeps things fair and exciting – and players can swap out different finish sections for even more variety:

  • Straight track – for clean, high-speed finishes
  • Jump section – cars go airborne to the line
  • Large bump – test suspension and stability
  • Trio of engraved bumps – adds extra challenge and fun

But it’s not just about the track – the cars themselves are part of the build. With 10 different car bodies and 6 tire styles, players can create nearly unlimited designs, tuning for looks, speed, or durability before each race. You can even use your own pre-made car.

Key Features

  • Dual racing lanes for head-to-head competition
  • Articulated start & finish gates for fairness and excitement
  • 4 interchangeable finish modules to change the challenge
  • Unlimited car builds with modular bodies and wheels
  • Easy to print & assemble – support-free, colorful design

This design isn’t just a toy – it’s a full racing experience that combines engineering, creativity, and fun. Ideal for family competitions, maker fairs, or anyone who loves to build, race, and customize!

🛠️ Step 1: Assemble the Ramp Support

  1. Place the ramp base on a flat surface.
  2. Attach the two ramp arms underneath the ramp base.
  3. Push the two ramp arms in the arm foot to stabilize the ramp.
  4. Ensure the ramp is solid and balanced.

🛣️ Step 2: Add the Ramp Extension

  1. Pick one modular extension (straight, bump, jump, or finish line).
  2. Align it with the front lip of the ramp base.
  3. Slide it on top of the ramp base until it rests flush.
    • Only one extension is used at a time.

🚗 Step 3: Build the Cars

  1. Take the universal car main body.
  2. Choose and attach your preferred body part(s)  to the main body.
  3. Select 4 wheels of your choice and press them onto the main body.
  4. Spin wheels to ensure smooth rolling.

🏁 Step 4: Start Racing

  1. Place two completed cars side by side at the top of the ramp.
  2. Release them at the same time for a fair race.
  3. Watch them roll down the ramp, over the chosen extension, and across the finish!

💡 Tips

  • Mix and match different body parts to create unique car designs.
  • Try different wheel styles to test speed and performance.
  • Swap ramp extensions for new racing challenges (straight speed, bumpy ride, or big jumps).
  • Print multiple cars so family and friends can race together.
