During the design, not only was attention paid to ensuring that the parts without support material can be printed, but also that they can be printed without prior knowledge using standard print settings.
Design Highlights:
The spindle is internally reinforced by a hollow body at the handle / thread transition.
The main body has two prism-shaped recesses on the underside to stiffen the body, so that there is only minimal deformation when the spindle is tightened firmly.
Assembly:
The spindle is screwed into the main body until the dovetail protrudes on the other side. Then the jaw with
the recess is threaded into the dovetail until it rests at the bottom. Subsequently, by further rotating the spindle, the jaw is threaded into the two guide grooves. Done.
Very easy to print and without support material.
No matter which printer. A1 mini up to H2D
