Description

Update 02/09/2025
After some complaints, I re-checked the entire model, updated the AMS and non-AMS models, and added an additional plate called "Plus Tolerance" and "Standard Tolerance." I also corrected an error in the first AMS file that contained the incorrect, unrevised model. I also added the profile for the A1 Mini, divided into 4 plates with "Plus Tolerance" or "Standard Tolerance."
Thanks for your support.

ATTENTION

Use glue to permanently secure the piece once assembled.
The print has always come off the bed successfully. I'm not responsible for any issues or print failures, but I recommend following the guidelines provided by the bambulab wiki, such as under-extrusion adhesion to the bed or other machine-related issues.

Design and Functionality

This model isn't just a simple cable tie; it's a complete solution for portability. The thoughtful design allows you to neatly wrap the charger cable, keeping it secure and compact. This feature prevents the cable from tangling, getting damaged, or taking up valuable space, ensuring everything stays tidy and protected inside the case.

What further sets this model apart is the integration of a practical MicroSD card slot. This addition, which makes it a versatile accessory, offers the ability to safely and neatly carry up to three additional memory cards. It's a detail that reflects a special attention to the needs of users who want to expand their Steam Deck's memory without needing external cases or cardholders.

Development and Innovation

The evolution of the model, from the initial version to the V2, represents a significant step forward in terms of usability and production efficiency. The main innovation of the V2 is the elimination of the need for print supports. This improvement not only greatly simplifies the 3D printing process but also reduces time and material waste, making the model more accessible and easier to produce for anyone with a 3D printer.

The optimized design of the V2, free of overhangs or parts that require supports, allows for a direct and clean print. This means the object is ready to be assembled and used as soon as the print is complete, making it a true example of a "print-in-place" design.

Happy printing!
