AIO TPU Washer Mounting Aid

When mounting my AIO to the case, I did not like the direct mounting of the water cooler to the case

To decouple this "direct" mounting of the water cooler to the case, I printed these TPU O-rings

This practically creates an approx 1-2mm gap between the water cooler and the case's mounting frame

Depending on how tightly the screws are tightened

The TPU rings have the perfect diameter for the AIO's 3.5mm screws

They are simply positioned on the case and the ring is inserted from below over the remaining thread

This holds the screws in position while attaching the water cooler

This prevents any screw with a washer from sliding out upwards when mounting the water cooler

With 12 screws (360 AIO), this can become a test of patience

The O-ring dimensions are d1: 3.5mm d2: 2.5mm

By tightening the screws, the O-ring will compress to ~1-2mm and then form the gap from the water cooler to the mounting frame

The TPU rings have no technically relevant influence on the AIO's temperatures

They merely serve as an assembly aid when installing or changing the radiator This keeps the screws in place
