Funny kazoo for Kids
Print Profile(2)

Description
This is a multi part print, to save lots of material.
I made this particular design for my niece as she always dances around singing and humming. She is 4 years old. So cute. And I think it is time for her to get a musical instrument, that she would really love.
Kazoos are so much fun. And actually very easy to print.
To play the Kazoo, you simply need to hum the song into it, which makes it very easy for children to learn.
No supports and very little infill needed. Can be scaled both up and down. But I think this is the perfect size. Smaller will also be more fragile and not as noisy.
I use a 0.6mm nozzle 0.22mm layer height for the body. Smaller nozzle sizes may require you to add support.
You need to glue in the eyes and optional tongue with super glue. They are not click-fit, as that would be too fragile for children to play with. The eyeballs can be made by simply gluing in a little filament.
The nut is made to be 100% finger safe.
If you want a stronger model, you can either glue in the horn or print the one piece version.
Here is how to assemble the Kazoo:
- Use the washer to cut out a membrane from a thin plastic bag
- Put the membrane into the top hole
- Then put the washer on top of the membrane
- Screw in the top nut
If it troubles you to put in the membrane, you can use a glue-stick on the washer, and add the membrane to it.
I hope this fun little instrument brings a lot of fun and joy.
