Print with 100% infill at a layer height of 0.08mm and a 0.16mm base layer.
The model measures 142.76 x 200 mm. You can print with higher layer heights, below the 0.24mm base thickness.
The maximum allowed thickness is 2 mm and the actual thickness is 1.92 mm.

At layer 18 (1.52 mm) change to white for the rest
