Description
This is a spring-loaded toolchit dispenser designed for technicians. It holds about 15 toolchits in one compact box and keeps them under constant pressure using two 0.4*5*25mm springs springs.
You can find springs here.(springs from a pen will work as well)
To use it, just slide your finger at the top. The chit pops out smoothly from the side opening. A small viewing window lets you quickly check how many chits remain. This makes chit handling much faster and more organized compared to pockets or clips.
Printing Instructions
- Tested in PLA (works great).
- Supports are not required.
- Brim is not required.
- Print in the default orientation provided.
- Feel free to scale up or down to match your specific tool chit size if needed.
Assembly
- Take two springs.
- Place the springs on the inner part of the dispenser assembly.
- Insert the inner part into the housing. It can be a little tricky, but it is designed to fit.
- Use a small pick or similar tool to help guide the springs into the designated spring holes inside the dispenser.
- Once seated, the springs will apply pressure to keep the toolchits pushed toward the opening.
