Description
This modular acrylic pen holder is infinitely expandable for 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, etc. The 3 print plates are prepared for 24 pens. To expand, the number of parts for print plate 1 and 3 must be adjusted. No support is needed. An AMS is not necessary. The pen feed has a diameter of 13 mm, which should be sufficient for most acrylic pens. If scaling needs to be done, it should be applied equally to all parts. The model is not suitable for printing on the Bambulab A1 Mini. Assembly is done by pressing the connectors into the narrow side parts, with the rounded surface of the connectors facing the model. The connectors are slightly recessed into the model, so the model can also be placed upright. To remove the connectors, insert a pointed object into the designated recesses and pry the connectors out. The model can also be used without print plate 2 (bottom and lid). The bottom and lid with storage can be assembled for a pen count of 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 144, etc. If these can also be assembled for other pen counts, I would have to redesign them. Please let me know if that is needed! When using the bottom, it is recommended to glue anti-slip feet underneath. I have not designed any feet into it to avoid the use of support.
