Description

Bring some chaos (and organization) to your desk with this Deadpool Pencil Holder!
Designed for a back-to-classes contest, this model comes in two variations:

  • Multi-Material Version – for MMU printers (colored eyes, patches, and head).
  • Single-Color Version – where details like eye patches and sockets can be printed separately and glued on.

Perfect for holding pens, pencils, and markers — plus it just looks awesome on a desk.

📸 Design Features

  • Two Variants: Multi-material OR single-color with separate pieces for easier painting or color swaps.
  • Functional & Fun: Holds a full set of pens/pencils while showing Deadpool’s iconic look.
  • Desk Size: ~150 mm tall — about the size of a mug, sturdy and practical.
  • Extra Flair: Side holes let you stick pencils right through the head (Deadpool style).

🛠️ Print Settings

  • Material: PLA recommended.
  • Layer Height:
    • 0.20 mm (standard, fast prints).
    • 0.12–0.16 mm (for cleaner fits when printing separated pieces).
  • Supports:
    • Multi-material version: painted supports for the head.
    • Separated version: switch to automatic supports (slicer handles the eyes/sockets best).
  • Wall Thickness: 3–4 mm for durability.
  • Infill: 15–20% is plenty.

🎨 Finishing Tips

  • For the separated version, use superglue or gel glue for assembly.
  • Printing at a lower layer height improves fit for the eyes and patches.
  • You can leave it raw for a clean PLA finish, or paint details to make Deadpool pop.

⚠️ Note

The fit for the eyes/patches can be slightly tight depending on slicer settings — test small sections first if possible.
