Here you will find the complete STL files for my DIY smartwatch project with the ESP32-C3 microcontroller, a 0.96\" OLED display and four buttons

I have developed two different designs:

  • Classic version with wristband (in three sizes, suitable for various wrists)
  • 🧲 Magnetic version without wristband (can be attached to any metallic object, e.g. refrigerator)

The casing is designed to securely hold all components while remaining compact and lightweight. Ideal for wearables, DIY projects, and makers

📂 Included Files

  • STL files in three sizes (wristband version)
  • STL file for the magnetic version
  • Case front and back
  • Space for battery and protection board

🛠️ Recommended 3D Printing Settings

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 20–30% (depending on stability)
  • Material: PLA or PETG recommended
  • Supports: no supports
  • Print time: approx. 2–3 hours per part

🔧 Notes

  • Before assembly, please test all cables and components
  • Use thin cables so everything fits into the casing
  • It is best to measure the wristband size on your wrist beforehand
