6+7mm nozzles for air pump
Print Profile(2)

Description
I inflate my air mattresses with one of the electrical air pumps from discounter that usually have three nozzles sized to ~3/13/19mm. However, if you have a mattress with ~9-10mm valve, you are forced to use the small 3mm nozzle that takes ages to inflate. I didn’t really measure the time but it feels like 10-15mins. So I designed two more nozzles that fit in-between, having 6mm and 7mm size, both fit the original middle sized nozzle. You won’t believe the difference – the mattress was done within 2-3 mins! You simply attach them on the 13mm nozzle, push inside the mattress vent and the tip will open the check valve to assure seamless air flow.
I printed them with PETG to get more strength but I think PLA should work fine too. To avoid stringing between the “towers” I’d recommend to print them one by one.
IMPORTANT NOTE – after printing, please doublecheck for sharp edges and sand them if necessary to avoid damages on the mattresses skin.
