Flat “Sunglasses” style headband - Original design inspired by popular commercial product.
100% Scale should fit MOST people's heads. If you have a slightly smaller head, recommend printing at 97% scale, or even smaller for child size
If you have difficulties printing, use a brim.
Printed at .12mm in PETG, with only deburring tool used on edges as finishing for smoothness/comfort.
Can be sanded as well to produce even smoother, more comfortable finish.
Can be printed in PLA as well, but the flex and durability of PETG is more suitable.
