IKEA BILLY bookshelf accessories: shelf label clip (compatible with Mijia label printer)

Design Concept:

• I have a need to store jersey prints. For convenient storage, I need to categorize the prints by different clubs and seasons. I tried several storage methods and finally decided to use the space on the IKEA BILLY bookshelf shelves for label classification. The Maker World community actually has several similar models, but none of them were very satisfactory upon review; either the design was too simple (looking too plain) or too complex (time-consuming and material-intensive to print). So, I decided to design it myself.
• The top/bottom/front thickness of the label clip is 0.1cm, with only some rounded corner designs added at the corners, so it doesn't look too rigid after installation. The maximum thickness is only 0.2cm, making it very material-efficient overall, yet it's not too thin to be unusable, and can be flexibly disassembled and reassembled if later adjustments are needed.
• Due to vertical printing, although a single model is only 3.5 grams, the printing time will be slightly longer. It is recommended to print one first to see the effect (printing a single one takes about half an hour). If satisfied, then batch print according to actual needs (printing 10 takes about 1 hour and 53 minutes, averaging less than 12 minutes per piece, and the average gram weight will also be slightly reduced).

Compatibility Description:

• Label clip: compatible with IKEA BILLY bookshelf (or other bookshelves with a shelf thickness of 2cm)
• Labels: compatible with Mijia label printer (or other label printers where the printed label height is no more than 1.5cm and length is no more than 6cm)

Model Configuration:

• Size: The model width is 6cm, so the maximum label printing length should not exceed 6cm (typically, labels this long are rarely printed, covering most use cases).
• Filament: A single label clip requires ≈3.5 grams of filament (the configuration already includes an outer Brim, and can be printed directly using the Bambu Handy App).
