Air Hose Reel

The reel uses 3/4" Schedule 40 PVC, cut to 6.5" in length, to hold a 3/8" air hose that is 50' long. The PVC pipe length can be adjusted to fit different hose lengths. I glued the pipe together with PVC cement, and the pipes are arranged to form a 6" diameter core to help prevent hose kinks.

I used ball bearings, but they aren’t strictly necessary. You can also print a handle/rod combination that better suits your needs.
