Colorful Color Monster - Emotional Confusion
Print Profile(1)

Description
The Color Monster is the main character in the popular children's book "The Color Monster" (Original title: "El Monstruo de Colores") by Anna Llenas. In the story, children learn to sort and name their feelings using colors. However, at the beginning of the book, the monster is colorful – its colors are wildly jumbled because it feels all its emotions simultaneously and doesn't understand what's happening to it.
The colorful Color Monster represents emotional confusion, overwhelm, and the feeling that "everything is too much." It embodies the situation where many feelings – such as anger, joy, fear, or sadness – appear simultaneously and get jumbled. Children often experience this state but don't know how to deal with it – this is precisely where the story begins.
Ideal for use in kindergarten, school, or at home:
The colorful Color Monster is the perfect conversation starter for talking with children about emotional states where they feel confused or overwhelmed. It is suitable for morning circles, emotion cards, or as an introduction to discussions about self-regulation and dealing with strong emotions.
Together with the single-colored Color Monsters, it forms a complete set for emotional education and working with feelings.
The model is 7.5 cm tall, stable, and child-friendly in design. It can be painted in various colors or creatively decorated – ideal as a DIY figure.
