The beadlock, invented during WWII and already widely used in racing (on-road), came to off-road to solve a recurring problem: tire bead unseating when using low pressure. In most terrains encountered in off-road use, jeep performance improves significantly when tires are at lower pressure. With low inflation, the contact area with the ground increases, improving traction. When overcoming rocky terrains, for example, a tire with a few pounds of pressure – and here we are talking about something around 7 pounds (PSI) – seems to grip the rocks. In mud, in addition to the increased contact area, with low pressure, the tire deforms more easily, and this helps to clean the mud-impregnated grooves

Although this particular model, 3D Printed, is only decorative and affixed with 3M type double-sided tape or PU adhesive.

It is modeled for 16\" or 40cm diameter rims, requiring 10 pieces to form a complete circle, it is possible to choose to assemble the circle with 10 skulls or alternate 5 of each part.
