[Parametric] Storage Box (Print in Place)

This is a Storage Box printable in one go

[Key Features]

• Can be folded or unfolded for use as a storage tray
• Efficient folding structure (no additional hardware required)

• By utilizing SVG files, the cover can be customized freely, and a name tag slot is pre-generated

  (Using MakerLab's ‘Make My Sign’ feature, you can easily create a Name Plate of your desired size)

• The external dimensions are adjustable, allowing for various sizes

[Print Profile Options]

Printable without supports, and to aid in smooth operation, to print the curved surface of the hinge part more smoothly

the 0.12mm high-quality print setting is set as default for your reference (0.08-0.12mm layer printing recommended)

※ If the bottom part appears to be attached when printing the cover,

gently fold it using the hinge part; the attached part is thin and separates relatively easily

[Parametric Customization]

• You can set key dimensions to create the desired size (generated based on the cover's external dimensions)

   

(When using the Parametric Customization feature, all parts are generated as part of a single model)

1. Without moving each object from its position, select all parts as they are, then right-click → Merge to combine them

   (If not merged beforehand, each part will move independently when placed on the build plate, making precise placement difficult)

2. Arrange them on the build plate as desired and print

※ Since the Book Box Cover Part must be printed in one go, it must be sized to fit the printable volume of each printer

(Based on a maximum of 250mm) 

(Outer Width x2) + Outer Height must be less than 249mm (e.g., if width is 110mm, height up to 29mm is possible)

Outer Length must be less than 250mm
