On the Bambu Lab A1, the print head can scrape against the Y-axis cable when moving to the back limit of the build plate. Over time, this could damage the cable.
This small part lowers the Y-axis cable, preventing contact with the print head and eliminating the risk of wear or damage. Easy to print and install, it’s a simple upgrade that improves reliability and peace of mind.
