0.2mmPrint without support; use brim for better bed adhesion.If pins are too large for holes, you can try trimming the angle off the end to create a chamfer, re-print with reduced pin diameter, or increase if too loose… I found 9.5mm for both X and Y size gave me the best fit… each pin hole is roughly 20mm deep, i made the pins 30mm to allow for the reaction of the glue/activator I use to put these together. You need a good, solid pin, so don't skimp on the infill.. I printed mine at 35% triangle, but do what you think you need.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 10% infill

I needed a way to place my filament spools on my wire rack without the spools rolling around. I designed this filament holder to take care of that problem. Print as many center pieces as you need, end caps have been included but aren't necessary; you may need to adjust the length of the channel to suit your shelf and/or print bed.
