Description
A custom 3D-printed zero clearance insert designed to fit the Bosch GTS 635-216 table saw. It reduces tear-out, improves cut quality, and provides better support around the blade.
The model is cut into two pieces to fit a standard build plate, with an improved joint design that provides a stronger hold compared to the original model – though a bit of CA glue is still recommended.
You’ll need 4× M5×10 grub screws for leveling.
