The size is based on common 5-sided expansion plugs on the market
The diameter of the central hole has been reduced, and it is printed with a solid infill, allowing for a tighter screw fit. This increases strength. If you only need one or two, you can consider printing a few. (If you need many, it is recommended to go to a hardware store downstairs)
