Users experiencing Ear Issues:

I’ve run extensive test prints to replicate the ear-related issues some users have reported, but haven’t been able to reproduce any failures. Supports have been reinforced and ear print speeds reduced, and the model has been printed dozens of times without issues. To help ensure the best results, I recommend starting with a clean build plate and completing a fresh calibration. I truly appreciate the support and engagement!

Updates:

• 10/11/2025 - Slightly decreased peg size of ears for easier fitment. Additionally, I added some ironing to the top surfaces of ears for an improved result. Thanks for that recommendation @doowj25.
• 11/04/2025 - Updated ear supports thanks to some suggestions from @Nounou. Changes should offer better bed adhesion and smoother print. 
• 11/05/2025 - Added Gel bottle profile
• 11/13/2025 - Additional enhancements to supports and further reduced print speed on ears
• 11/14/2025 - Added additional profile with beefier supports for  ears. If anyone is able to provide feedback on them I'd appreciate it.
• 11/17/2025 - Beefy support profile ears added into main model profiles

When printing the ears, take care when removing supports. This orientation provided the best results for both the pegs and overall ear quality, but feel free to adjust as needed.
