The model is for AMS multi-color printing, multi-color is necessary to achieve the best effect for the model!
Note: This model is strictly prohibited from being placed near airbag openings.
Utilize the vehicle's turning inertia to make the aircraft sway, adding to the driving fun.
Hardware used: one M3*8 round head screw, M3*6 screws can also be used, cup head screws are also fine. My tests show the best is one M3*8 round head screw.
one 683ZZ bearing. Makes the swing smoother.
one 3cm diameter nano double-sided tape.
Divided into 4 plates. The support ribs are ABS printed, intended to prevent the main PLA body from softening and deforming due to high temperatures inside the car in hot weather.
The base stand is also ABS printed, serving a similar purpose.
All plates have their parameters set and have been verified by printing. Try not to modify the parameters. (Slicing experts, please ignore this automatically)
For printing the aircraft body, the build plate needs to be wiped clean or sprayed with adhesive to maximize adhesion, as a small contact surface poses a spaghetti risk.
