Simple & Safe Outlet Plug for Kids (EU Tested)

Protect your most precious assets—your kids! This 3D-printable safety plug is designed to keep curious toddlers away from dangerous electrical outlets. It's a fast, efficient, and reliable way to add a layer of safety to your home.

I designed this with both safety and convenience in mind:

• 🛡️ Childproof Your Home: Fits snugly into outlets to prevent little fingers or objects from getting where they shouldn't.
• 👍 Easy for Adults, Hard for Kids: Tired of struggling with safety plugs? I've added a small chamber at the bottom, so you can easily pop it out with a fingernail. It's simple for you, but tricky for them!
• ⚙️ Prints Without Supports: The model is optimized to print flawlessly without any supports, saving you time and filament.
• ⚖️ Ultra-Light Design: Each plug only takes approximately 1.9g of material to print, so you can secure the whole house with very little filament.

Important Note: This design has only been tested on standard EU (Schuko Type F) sockets so far. Compatibility with other plug types has not been confirmed.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PLA / PETG
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 15%
• Supports: None needed
