Introducing MEC-1, a heavy-duty Mecanum-wheeled omnidirectional forklift

Highlights
Compatibility. The overall vehicle size is slightly larger than the official forklift, compatible with most props and scenarios such as forklift boards.
Maneuverability. Omnidirectional movement + on-the-spot turning + three-speed switching (25%/50%/100%), making cargo transportation more convenient.
Excellent Grip. Silicone molded Mecanum wheel rollers, say goodbye to slipping! Also compatible with TPU solutions.
- Advanced Lighting Effects. Basic lighting effects are integrated into the CyberBrick configuration, but if you wish, you can also achieve specially designed lighting by manually importing code.
Parameters
- Weight = 490g
- Length (without fork arms) = 120mm
- Width = 82mm
- Height = 113mm
- Wheel diameter = 45mm
- Wheel width = 22mm
- Wheelbase = 60mm
- Forklift lift = 14mm+
Important Notes
- About the Controller:
- Compatible with the official controller(https://makerworld.com/en/models/1395991-cyberbrick-official-standard-remote#profileId-1446992), can be assembled and wired exactly according to the official guide.
This project uses two lithium batteries and two switches; the CyberBrick kit also includes an AAA battery holder for the controller. However, AAA batteries experience rapid voltage drop and poor battery life, you can decide whether you need to purchase another set of lithium batteries and switches.
About Mecanum Wheel Rollers:
- The silicone solution offers excellent grip and is highly recommended as the first choice!
- In addition to the silicone molding solution, TPU90A printing is also provided as an alternative.
Tools
