Companion Cube Pen Holder (No AMS)

My neighbor asked me to print a companion cube she could display that would double as a pen holder for her desk. I really liked the base idea the original model had, but found that for my purposes, it would print better if I made some changes.

Changes include:

Main Cube: 

• I modified the bottom by filling the “pink insert gaps”. Skipped the pink accent and the heart. I felt like, for my purposes, no one would see the bottom.
• For printing, I split it in half and added 4 connectors. Now there is no overhang on the cube seams when printing. (The connectors I used were just generic Bambu Slicer. I didn't think about using 1 different shape to mark the alignment. The cube should only fit together one way because the connectors aren't in a measured location.)

Heart Discs:

• I extended the plus on the back to the edge of the discs so that they would sit neatly on top of the pink accents and lay flush against the cube. (Stronger glue connection)

White Seam Pieces (not corners)

• 4 white pieces with 1 guide for the smoothed bottom face of the cube. 

Pink Plus

• I doubled the height of the pink plus accent so that they would serve as a guide for the heart discs.

Lid

• I just cut the 5th pink plus to fit neatly between the edge of the white border and where the opening for the pens is. 

• The 5th heart disc has connectors that match a small flat grey disc. This is the lid for the hidey hole. (Same issue as with the cube connectors. You'll want to find the right alignment before you glue, and then use a pen to mark the right connector holes.)
