Description

Cross cut sled Jig designed to allow easy spline cuts for small boxes or other 90 degree corners

 

-Designed to be used when clamped in a cross cut sled only

-No Assembly

-No supports

-Ample space for clamping working pieces

 

First Use:

-Center on Kerf of cross cut sled

-Will cut through plastic on first use of the saw to establish the kerf slot to your blade width and desired height. 

-Recommend putting pieces of scrap wood in to minimize tear-out.

-May require light sanding or clean up due to melted plastic from initial cut on table saw.

 

***Keep All hands and finer away from blade at all times***

***Utilize clamps to hold working pieces at all times (never your hands)***
