Description
Worried your lawn robot will mow down your beautiful flowers?
I was too — so I designed this simple but effective outdoor barrier, printable in ASA for full weather resistance ☀️🌧️
Just plant it in the ground around your plants, either side by side or in a circle, and your robot will roll right past without hurting a thing. Peace of mind, garden saved! 🛡️
✅ Key Features
- 🌱 Protects flowers and plants from robot mowers
- 🪴 Works in line or in circle arrangement
- 🛠️ Comes with two print plate versions:
- One with “Mickey ears” for better adhesion
- One without, for a cleaner look (see tips below)
- ☀️ Designed for ASA – UV and heat-resistant
- 🖨️ Compatible with X1C, P1S, H2D/H2S
⚠️ Print Settings & Tips
- 🔥 Use ASA only: PLA and similar filaments are not recommended — they’re sensitive to UV rays and summer heat, which will cause them to warp or crack quickly.
- 🧲 If printing the no-ear version: raise bed temperature to ~120°C for better adhesion and avoid warping.
- 🪛 Orientation: Print vertically for maximum ground stability.
- 🌬️ Enclosure recommended if your printer doesn’t have one.
