Big Barrel Container

Here's my Big Barrel Container, a multi-purpose print with more uses than I could imagine while I was designing it.

I initially intended to use it in the kitchen as a coffee container, but my son stole it as soon as he saw it and is currently using it as a pencil case on his desk. My wife also liked it and she wants one to use as a flower pot in the garden.

The outer dimensions of the barrel are 157 mm wide/167 mm tall, and the storage area is 100 mm wide/143 mm tall. You can adjust it to your liking, but make sure to do it via percentage and apply the same value to both the barrel and the cap to ensure it will fit.

I used PLA+ for the print and PETG as support interface for easier detaching, but you can always change that in the Support tab.

Due to the detailed surface texture, the print is slower than expected. It takes 17 hours with 0.28 mm layer height -but believe me, it's worth it. I didn't even try with a lower value, there is no need, it looks stunning like that.
