Lean, compact two‑piece door vent designed for a 60 mm holesaw cutout. The front louvered grille and a rear screw‑collar clamp together to grip doors or panels 32–44 mm thick—no visible screws. The louvers are angled to allow airflow while limiting line‑of‑sight; flip the part to aim the slats up or down. Prints fast with no supports; the grille bridges cleanly. Great for closets, laundry rooms, server cupboards, or any place that needs discreet passive ventilation.
- Hole size: Ø60 mm
- Door/panel thickness: 32–44 mm (adjustable via threaded collar)
- Parts: Front grille body + rear lock ring
- Suggested material: PETG (for durability/humidity), PLA is fine indoors
- Print notes: 0.2 mm layer height, 3–4 perimeters, 15–25% infill, fan 100% for bridges. Print both parts flat on the bed; no supports.
- Assembly: Insert grille from the “public” side, screw on the rear ring until snug.
Safety note: Not intended for fire‑rated doors or gas‑appliance makeup air requirements.
