This series is a new, optimized remix of the Bambu Lab official filament spool, including three models: a 170mm (small size) optimized for the A1 mini printing platform and a 200mm (full size) designed for standard AMS lightweighting. Through innovative structural design and topological optimization, extreme lightweighting (126g-150g vs official 235g) has been achieved while ensuring usability, significantly reducing filament and printing time costs. It integrates an original internal filament lock solution, completely solving the problems of filament damage and inconvenient storage caused by traditional spooling methods

• Platform Compatibility Optimization:
  • 170mm Small Size: Its design diameter perfectly fits the Bambu A1 mini's 180x180mm build plate, addressing the pain point that official full-size filament spools cannot be printed on the A1 mini. It is also specifically designed for external spool holders and AMS Lite, and is not compatible with AMS/AMS 2 Pro. The spool diameter is precisely calculated to perfectly hold filament, enabling 'full spool' storage, and can be directly placed back into the original filament packaging box along with the spool, saving space and avoiding spool disassembly

• Innovative Internal Filament Lock: Completely overturns the traditional "external threading and looping back" method of filament locking.
  • Three bumps are designed on the inner edge of the filament spool. The two at the ends are guide blocks, with a 2.5mm filament lock hole integrated in the center; the middle one is a resistance block
  • Operation logic: Thread the filament through the lock holes of the end guide blocks in sequence, and press it under the central resistance block. The filament end is effectively secured by precisely calculated physical resistance, eliminating the need for bending
  • Core advantages: The filament locking process is entirely completed inside the spool, with zero exposed filament ends, allowing for perfect stackable storage; it prevents filament bending, physically eliminating filament damage caused by locking; the operation is more convenient and intuitive
