Customizable Funnel with optional filter disc

This generator lets you create a fully customizable funnel, filter disc, or both together.
Every dimension can be adjusted to suit your needs—from the funnel height and spout diameter to the filter hole pattern.

Parameters

• Part Selection: Choose to generate the Funnel, Filter Disc, or Both.
• Funnel Dimensions:
  • Top Height: Set the height of the wide funnel section.
  • Top Diameter: Outer diameter of the funnel (excluding lip).
  • Lip Width: Optional lip around the top (set to 0 to remove).
  • Spout Diameter 1 & 2: Define a straight or tapered spout.
  • Spout Length: Control how long the spout extends.
  • Wall Thickness: Adjust for strength and printability.
• Filter Disc:
  • Filter Thickness: Overall plate thickness.
  • Hole Diameter & Spacing: Size and spacing of filter holes.
  • Solid Border: Border width without holes.
  • Filter Size: Percentage of the funnel’s top diameter. Lower means the disc sits lower in the funnel.

Printing Tips

• Layer Height: Funnels have steep angles that print best with fine layers. A 0.16 mm layer height with variable layer height worked very well in testing.
• Filter Disc Fit: The filter disc is not held in place by friction. If you want it to stay fixed, a small dab of superglue may be required.
