Description

A complete set of 3D models for building a DIY ventilation chimney. The design connects four PVC pipes and creates a functional, weather-protected ventilation system, ideal for outdoor use.

Included parts:

  • Connector (T-joint) – designed to join two PVC pipes Ø110 mm and two modified PVC pipes Ø95 mm.
  • Two spacers/adapters – provide the correct distance and stability between the pipes.
  • Protective cap/hood – prevents rain and snow from entering.
  • Insect & small animal protection grilles – mounted at the outlets. Each grille consists of two parts, allowing you to insert a fine mesh (e.g., mosquito net).
  • Bottom grille (inside the T-joint) – for extra protection against dirt and pests.

Assembly:

  • Four pipes (two Ø110 mm and two Ø95 mm) secured with screws.
  • The gaps between pipes should be filled with expanding foam – this makes the chimney insulated and sealed.
  • Best material: PET-G, resistant to moisture and UV exposure.

Print settings (suggested):

  • Material: PET-G.
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm.
  • Infill: 20–30%.
  • Supports: required for hood and grilles.
  • Orientation: according to natural mounting position.

Notes:

  • Can be scaled in slicer to fit different pipe diameters.
  • Extra sealing recommended (e.g., glue or silicone).
  • Designed for outdoor technical use.
