GYROx - Gyroscopic Fidget Toy

Introducing the functional and fun GYROx fidget toy! It re-imagines the classic gyro toy by closing one half to make it easier to hold. Instead of cutting the center into a weird sliced up shape, I made the center into a sphere. GYROx uses a mono-directional spinning mechanism to achieve outstanding fidgeting potential. It’s easy to pick up, turn in your hand, and keep moving without effort. The design is minimal, elegant, and made to feel satisfying every time you use it.

Assembly Instructions:

Hold the center sphere in place and push the top insert down with force. Depending on your printer and type of filament you might need to super-glue to keep everything in place.

Printing Instructions:

1. Prepare the Print Bed (Important Step!)
   • Clean the print bed thoroughly with alcohol or, preferably, isopropyl alcohol to ensure proper adhesion.
   • Attention! Additional adhesive for the print bed is highly recommended! I suggest using 3D-Lac spray or alternatively hairspray for PEI print beds, and a glue stick for Bambu’s original Cool Plate.
      
2. Download the Print Profile
   • Download the pre-configured print profile for Bambu Studio.
      
3. Open the File
   • Open the file in Bambu Studio.
      
4. Select Your Printing Options
   • Choose your filament type and color.
   • Select your print bed type (e.g., textured or smooth).
   • Confirm your printer settings, ideally for a Bambu Lab printer.
      
5. Start Printing
