Hello everyone!
INTRODUCTION
The model was born from the need to replace my canal railing in my LEMAX village. So I took an original one and copied it step by step with measurements corresponding to the originals.
lemax item in question: CANAL FENCE LEMAC COD 44789.
OBJECT
The object is identical to the original lemax. The module consists of 3 railings and 4 posts. The dimensions are: 86.7x5.8mm (base) x 35.8 in height (from the base to the decorative knob). The distance between posts is approximately 26mm, faithful to the original. Furthermore, it is a project that uses very little material, less than 3g!
PRINTING
Printing is very simple, the only value I modified is related to the layer height, which is 0.12mm.
Other notes are: 2 walls with 15% gyroid infill.
It is very important that I created this project WITHOUT THE USE OF SUPPORTS. So there is no material waste.
I provide 2 print profiles so that you can print either a single object or 4 pieces:
- first profile: 1 printable piece; print time 35 min.
- second profile: 4 printable pieces; print time 1h 40min.
I recommend the exclusive use of PLA as it is a decorative object.
The model in the photo was made with Bambulab P1S with Sunlu PLA+ black and white filament.
