Description

I found no neat way to mount the circuit board that is needed for the R30 Infra-red laser module.

This adaptor replaces the existing fan cowl and provides mounting plate to position the board close to the module & in a location that is unlikely to fowl with any other part of your laser machine.

This approach should also be good for whatever Atomstack laser machine you have as it is completely independent & so unaffected by different gantry types etc.

Requires 4No. M3 nuts

Installation:

  • Simply remove the domed nuts from the back of the stock circuit board (these are no longer needed) and install onto the new mounting plate using four standard M3 nuts (should be a snug fit into the captive nut cavities in the plate).

  • Remove the old fan cowl housing by unscrewing the top four hex cap bolts from the unit.

  • Reusing the above bolts, attach the new fan cowl housing c/w recircuit board to the laser module. You are good to go!
