Description

I believe I have created the best (3d printed) 12V DeWALT Battery Holder out there. I have spent a lot of time getting a tool-like fit and smooth tolerances. I printed this with PLA only, so can't confirm you'll get the same tolerances with different filaments.  If you are having trouble, please message me and I can upload a profile with looser or tighter tolerances.

Here is the yellow PLA filament I used - https://amzn.to/4pKDgEp

It prints very nicely on Bambulab printers just using the “generic PLA” profile.  It's also a great match to the DeWALT color.

To screw to the wall use any flathead screw that is similar to a drywall screw.  Do not over tighten the screw, or you could risk separating the layer lines.

I have provided two plates on the print profile.  The first plate prints the 12V Holder at a 45° angle and uses a brim.  This plate does not require supports.  The second plate is printed upright and requires supports.

I will be uploading a multi-battery holder in the future!
