Spinning Sawblade Launcher Ultrakill Prop

Want to step up your gamer Halloween Costume? Well we have a new (and arguably more awesome) replica weapon from Ultrakill! This is the Sawblade Launcher, and while it doesn't actually LAUNCH the sawblade, it does spin! Created from scratch in Blender using screenshots from the game for reference, it prints in pieces that snap together - no glue required! Fully scalable, with print profiles in two sizes: a full-size one and a smaller one for the A-1 mini. Want to max out the H2D size? Go for it!  We used Bambulab silver (grey would work too!), matte latte brown, and black PLA. Also comes with a display stand. 

10/15/2025: Updated to add a trigger mechanism for spinning the sawblade! If you already printed the original model, you can just print the barrel and trigger pieces - everything else will fit! 

If you are downloading the STLs to create your own print profile, please note the following to prevent failures:

• If you're using the H2D you can auto-orient the wings, but if you're using a single nozzle printer with AMS, manually orient them standing up for minimal color changes.
   

  

• The handle MUST be oriented with two points of contact on the bed! DO NOT AUTO-ORIENT! Don't let all our test prints be for nothing!
   

  

• Base settings we used are .24 layer height, 5% Gyroid infill to save filament, auto tree support, auto brim with .15 brim-object gap PLUS outer brim ON for handle and pin!
