Description

Kreg Pocket-Hole Jig K4 holder with side supports for use on 96mm MFT tables.

My previous jig for the Kreg Pocket-Hole was a little large and clunky. Designed this to fit on my UKJ Parf MFT.

The UKJ Part MFT uses 96mm centres with 20mm holes, which I believe to be the same as many MFT tables in Europe as they use the base 32 system (eg Festool)

Hardware required:

  • 8x M5 nuts
  • 2x 20mm Hex Socket Head Cap Screws
  • 6x 25mm Hex Socket Head Cap Screws

Note due to the size of the model you’ll need to either remove the purge line before it starts printing the model or alter the machine Gcode to create a shorter purge line. This can be done by:

  • Editing the printer settings
  • Machine gcode tab
  • Under Machine start G-code scroll to “nozzle load line” (it should be near the end)
  • Alter line G0 X240 E15 F{outer_wall_volumetric_speed/(0.3*0.5)     * 60}” to be “X150”
  • Alter line “G0 X239.5” to be “X149.5”
  • Close the settings
  • When slicing make sure to check the purge line doesn’t merge with the print

The model is multi colour because I've run out of Bambu PETG Basic Blue!
