Keep your Elegoo Centauri Carbon spare hot-ends safe, organized, and ready for action. This rugged storage box is a specialized remix designed to hold a complete set of 4 hot-ends in a compact, secure, and stylish enclosure.

By combining the reliability of the Parametric Box v2 with precision-fitted inserts, this box ensures your nozzles and heating elements are protected from dust and accidental damage.

  • Perfect Fit: Specifically modified to hold 4 Centauri Carbon hot-ends securely.
  • Rugged & Secure: Features a sturdy hinge and a reliable clasp system.
  • Filament-Only Assembly: No need for extra screws! The hinges and clasp are designed to be assembled using simple pieces of 1.75mm filament.
  • Compact Design: Fits easily in your tool drawer or on your workbench.

🔧 Assembly Instructions

  • Hinge & Clasp: Use three short pieces of 1.75mm filament as pins for the hinges and the front clasp. It’s a tight, durable fit that works surprisingly well!

🖨 Recommended Print Settings

To get the same high-quality look as seen in the photos:

  • Filament: I used Flashforge Burnt Titanium PLA for the body and Overture Matte White PLA for the details.
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm.
  • Walls: 4 perimeters for extra strength.
  • Infill: 15% Gyroid.
  • Top/Bottom Shells: 5 layers.
  • Supports: Painted supports only for the logo and the embossed text on the lid.
  • Build Plate: Use a Carbon Fiber Texture PEI sheet for that premium "Carbon" look on the top and bottom.
  • Inlays/Lettering: I’ve added separate 3D letters to be glued into the recessed slots on the lid. A 0.2mm nozzle is highly recommended for these parts to ensure a perfect fit and sharp details.
