This is a Gridfinity container for a 0-25mm micrometer and its corresponding accessories such as battery and key for the battery compartment
Unfortunately, I cannot say which manufacturer it is, it seems to be a cheap no-name device like an Instar. However, based on the shape, models from Holex or others should also fit. This one looks very similar:
