From the necessity of this tool, I decided to design it and make it public for those who need it It is a thread gauge, useful for 3D makers when reproducing a screw or a thread and you don't know its pitch

This thread gauge allows you to identify the MAIN METRIC PITCHES, the most common on the market: 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7

0.4mm nozzle is mandatory, even better if you have a 0.2mm nozzle

In my prints, I added ironing: I didn't include it in the print profile because everyone might have different ironing settings depending on the material they want to use

📝 REQUIRED MATERIALS:

2 M5 x 25 cap head socket screws

2 M5 NUTS

5 M5 Washers

P.S.: M5x30 screws were used in my photos, so I recommend using M5x25

🛠️ ASSEMBLY: LOOK AT THE PHOTOS

1: Insert the two screws into the front part

2: add 2 washers, one per screw to achieve better rotation of the parts

3: insert the various pitches: on the left side I inserted them as follows: 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5

on the right side I inserted them as follows: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7

4: add 2 washers on the left side and only one on the right side: this is because the small pitches (1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75) have a smaller thickness than the others

5: insert the 2 nuts into the appropriate seats and tighten the two screws
