Description

AMS 2Pro Feeder Funnel Saver Protector

The AMS 2 PRO is equipped with a harder feeder, but unfortunately the fiberglass and carbon fiber filaments wear it out over time.

Tired of printing stops because the filament gets stuck? Additional costs due to the constant replacement of the AMS Feeding Funnel

Here is a solution that can be used in the long term and does not require replacement due to wear and tear. 🎉

Thanks to the bearing/roller, the thread guide does not wear out as much as if it were a fixed guide.

I used PETG-CF filament for printing I chose it because of its durability.

But plain PETG is also perfectly suitable.

It is important to note that since the AMS includes a drying function, we must choose a filament that can withstand temperatures of 65C.

Since the bearing is not located on the side of the Bambu Lab, there is an extra printed profile that contains a roller to replace the bearing.

For assembly, you will need a soldering iron and threadlocking glue.

During assembly, be careful not to overtighten the screw, and constantly check that the bearing rotates.

It can be easily fitted into place and does not require much expertise.
