The prototype is the Cold Steel Engage (35DPLC) Atlas lock large spear point

In my spare time, while cleaning and oiling knives, I suddenly had the idea to model and make a plastic knife for fun. Due to limited ability and not wanting to cause unnecessary trouble, it is merely similar in shape, not a 1:1 precise replica, and is only for home play with no cutting function. Considering the strength issues of plastic parts, the clip was removed.

It has been simply assembled. After changing colors, you can click on the assembly diagram in the upper right corner to reference the color scheme

Cylindrical magnet slots of 5mm diameter and 3mm thickness were added to the original back lock and handle, which can be used with compression springs with an outer diameter of 4mm. The blade surface uses an MR83 bearing with a 3mm diameter, 10mm long pin to ensure smooth rotation. The remaining connections of the knife use 2mm diameter, 10mm long pins.

Refer to the image above for the general assembly method. A compression spring with an outer diameter less than 4mm needs to be installed in the back lock slot (the compression springs I bought before ran out, so I didn't install them; I designed a magnetic suction structure, but the reality is that often the magnetic force is not enough for full rebound, requiring finger assistance, so I reluctantly waited for new compression springs to be delivered). In the accessories plate, there are 6 large fasteners and 6 slightly smaller fasteners. The smaller ones are suitable for the three slots near the blade on one side of the handle, and the larger ones are for the three slots near the tail of the handle. Please do not install them backward.

If needed, you can refer to the image above to improve the internal design yourself
