Description

If you've ever broken the "ball" at the base of your Evolution D5/D6 (D-MAX) seat—the part that secures the seat in place—this print is for you.

It's an easy print. Used 5 walls and 99% infill. Adjust as you see fit.

To install, remove the lower plastic seat cover to access the bolt and nut holding the original ball. Very Lightly heat the bolt (Optional), then screw in the new part. It will fit snugly at first, but should loosen up with use.

I printed mine using PA6-CF for added strength and durability.

Use at your own risk. I am not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the use of this part.
