Description

A fully 3D-printed TV arm mount that allows you to pull your TV away from the wall and rotate it freely in multiple directions. Designed for strength, stiffness, and practicality — perfect for custom setups or compact spaces.

The model includes slots for cable ties, so you can route your cables neatly through the arm.
If the joints move too smoothly, use the included printed rings as spacers between the rotation points — this increases friction and keeps your TV in position.

When the TV is not in use, make sure the arm is folded in against the wall to prevent long-term creep in the plastic.

choose the material witch you think is best for your situation!!.

Required hardware:

  • 8 × SKF 51202 bearings
  • 8 × SKF 61900 bearings
  • 2 × M10 × 90 bolts
  • 1 × M10 × 140 bolt
  • 1 × M10 × 130 bolt
  • 4 × M10 nuts
  • 16 × 5 × 60 wood screws
  • 25 × 5 × 40 wood screws
  • Wooden arms (40 × 40 mm cross-section, length depends on TV size and desired reach)
  • 6 × M4 × 15 bolts
  • 6 × M4 nuts

Recommended print settings:

  • Infill: 15 %
  • Wall count: 15 walls
  • Supports: Required
  • Optional: use the printed friction rings if rotation is too loose

Notes:

  • The design uses both SKF 51202 and SKF 61900 bearings for smooth and stable motion.
  • Cable management slots are integrated into the printed parts.
  • All parts are fully printable and can be combined with simple wooden arms for adjustable reach and custom fit.
  • Hang tv at your own risk (mine has been fine for a year)
