Description

The Rumi sword from the movie K-POP Demon Hunters consists of a total of 15 3D-printed parts.

Only one part (Blade_3) requires tree supports for printing; however, the printing process is very straightforward.
All other parts are printed without supports.

All components are assembled using an M6 threaded rod with a length of 835 mm, secured with M6 lock nuts on both ends.

You can achieve a length of 838 mm by purchasing a 1-meter threaded rod and cutting it down to the specified length of 838 mm.

One of the M6 lock nuts is inserted into the Grip_4 part, and the other M6 nut is embedded in the Blade_1 part. The printing profile includes a pause to allow the insertion of this nut during printing.

Printed pins (Connecting_piece_D4 and D6) prevent the individual parts from rotating.
The construction of the sword does not require any gluing at any point.

The only parts that need to be glued are the decorative zircons on the sword’s pommel.

Thanks to the threaded rod used, the sword is very strong and suitable even for play.
