This is a small Print in Place model. Although the level of detail is lower, it is small, prints quickly, uses little filament, and is suitable as a small toy ornament.
The Maxim heavy machine gun, as the world's first truly successful automatic weapon, had a far-reaching design; countless extended versions appeared. This is an exact replica based on the Russian M1910 Maxim machine gun. The original is 1197.55 mm long, weighs 20 kg (gun body) and 29 kg (mount), has a caliber of 7.90 mm, uses water cooling, is fed by a 250-round canvas belt, and can fire 400-600 rounds per minute. Cylindrical water-cooling jacket, which is the most distinctive feature of the Maxim machine gun. The cylinder wrapped around the barrel holds water to cool the barrel during continuous firing; Canvas belt feeding, showing internal mechanism details including the bolt and recoil mechanism. This machine was also replicated as the famous heavy firepower output during the Anti-Japanese War - the Type 24 heavy machine gun.
